eoidata is a free tool for exploring Australian SkillSelect Expression of Interest (EOI) data, sourced from the Australian Department of Home Affairs SkillSelect system. No account or payment is required to use any part of the site. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

No Migration Advice

eoidata does not provide migration, legal, or financial advice, and nothing on this site should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from the Department of Home Affairs or a registered migration agent (MARA). See our Disclaimer for full details.

No Affiliation

eoidata is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Australian Government, the Department of Home Affairs, or any state or territory government.

Optional Google Sign-In

Where offered, signing in with Google One Tap is entirely optional. Every feature of eoidata is available without signing in.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Data Accuracy

EOI data displayed on eoidata is based on the published SkillSelect dataset and refreshed periodically. We make no warranty as to its completeness or accuracy on any given date. See our Disclaimer for details.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by eoidata and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the service for anyone who violates these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eoidata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
